Exception when creating object of silverlight enabled class in window based class library

  I have created a window based Aplication including contaning a window based Project , two windows based class library and ONE SILVERLIGHT CLASS LIbrary Window based project able to add referance of silverlight enabled class. It works expected with simple C# code. BUT when I write web service with dbml in silverlight enable class and when creating object in window based class library .It gives exception. System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System, Version=2.0.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. File name: 'System, Version=2.0.5.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e' I m using VS2008, Silverlight 2.0-RTW,.net3.5
