how to import email addressf form gmail, yahoo, aol etc

    Hi thnx in advance, I m trying import contacts from gmail, yahoo etc but i am not able to do so, i am using ASP.Net we have seen this type of functionality while sending request to our friend already in our mail address box. i hope u have got the problem and will help me................................. Thnx
