Problem with an XSD in VS2003

  I've an xsd file that i need to generate a dataset from, but trying it with VS2003 brings up errors; referencing three other namespaces. Is this just a problem with VS2003? I've loaded the xsd's into VB2008 Express edition and they seem fine in that but there is seemingly no way to generate a dataset in that version. thanks for any help in advance!
