monitoring program in vb.net

  Hi there, i am totally new in this forum and also to vb.net...i only know the basic actually. i need help to develop a program to monitor a certain running processes in task manager and if they a running a box will turn to green and if they are not it is always red in color. Secondly, it should have a button next to it which says KILL and LAUNCH so that i can always kill a program and launch it when necessary. Please help me out. Any help appreciated.
