Nesting tables in a dataset

I'm having a problem making exported XML look like the example I'm working from; my version of VS.NET won't accept the XSD (problems with the command, among others) so I'm trying to recreate the structure to add our data to. the example file looks like this
    a a a a A00 0AA A00 0AA
    aaaaaaaaaaaa OUTRIGHT_OWNER aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
    a a a a A00 0AA A00 0AA
aaaaaaaaaaaa OUTRIGHT_OWNER aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
but my output file looks like this CHECHEST001 CHECHEST002 CHECHEST003
1 Aged Miners Homes Chester Moor Chester Le Street County Durham DH2 3RN
2 Aged Miners Homes Chester Moor Chester Le Street County Durham DH2 3RN
3 Aged Miners Homes Chester Moor Chester Le Street County Durham DH2 3RN
    CHE CHE CHE
the dataset tells me that the relations and constraints are in place but the tables don't seem to be linked
