Reading a message problem from the mobile using c#

  Hi, I have connected motorola mobile with my pc using USB.and I m using GSMComm library for reading a messages from the mobile. i m succefully connected with mobile.now i m trying to read messages from the mobile using GSM library DecodedShortMessage[] messages = comm.ReadMessages(PhoneMessageStatus.All, storage); But this line give me a error like Error: Unexpected response received from phone: +CPMS: 0,254 (GsmComm.GsmCommunication.CommException) Please help me fast
