Help with query and loop

  I am having trouble displaying data as shown below:

  Category 1 Item 1 Item 2 Item 3

  Category 2 Item 4 Item 5 Item 6

  I have a category table and an item table in an Access DB. Each Item is linked to category by a common ID field in each table.

  I need the code to query both tables and secondly i need the code to loop through the query and display it out in the format above.

  I know this is probably simple, but I have spent hours trying to figure out how to get this to work.

  I would be grateful for some help on this.
