Sending mails through SMTP Server directly

  Hi,

  I have a vb program which sends a mail to the list of users.

  This program users the outlook present in my machine. Now, i need to update this pragram to send a mail directly from the SMTP server...without using my outlook.

  is this possible throug VB....?
