Executing a VBA macro once I receive a trigger mail in outlook

  Hi

  I am relatively new to VBA, with my skills limited to Excel. The manual process for the task I automate is as follows:

  I receive two emails every evening, at random times and in random order, each with an excel workbook as an attachment. Those files are saved in seperate folders on a network drive. Once these files are saved I open another spreadsheet and run a macro.

  I am sure I can find material out there to automate the task of saving the files as they arrive into my inbox. The tricky part for me is to actually trigger the execution of an excel macro from within outlook. Can anybody point me in the right direction?
