Need help making a complete program editable, C# or .net I think

    The link above is for a small program that I am trying to figure out how to edit.

    I have almost no experience with anything like this and so would be very grateful if somebody could tell me what I need to do to get the program back to a stage where I can edit it, mainly just appearance.
