Storing images into MySQL using C#

Hi,I am presently working on a project which is to store images into and and retrieve from a database(I am using MySQL).i understand that the data type i m to use in MySQL is blob but i dont know how to go about it in C#.will be very grateful if anyone with an idea can post it or even a sample code will help.thanks.
