How can I sync an ipod to my computer?

  I have a mac ox s and an itouch. I looked on the apple support page to see why the computer wont recognize my ipod, and it said to get started i have to sync it to the computer. How can I do that?

  if you just want to sync your iPod to your computer, an iPod syncing cable could help you.

  if your computer won't recogize your iPod, you must make sure to have clicked the “enable disk use” item in your iTunes devices to allow your iPod to be recognized on your Mac. Then you can easily find your iPod files in the DCIM folder.
