Hello

I tried to use the example in visual basic 6 in this page :

it worked fine with me on my computer but when I test it on another computer the files are uploaded but with no contents ( i.e. the files sizes are 0 KB )

can anybody tell me what is the problem that may cause this ?

any help to solve this issue would be much appreciated.

please check the firewall status... if its on it might block the default ftp port 21.

if your are consuming this component as dll,  dont forget to register this and check the access previlage of directory to which upload or download is being performed...
