Pinnacle Asset Integrity Services (AIS) is a consulting company founded by asset integrity experts from industry leading engineering and operating companies. We provide our expertise in facility equipment and assets to the oil and gas industry, to help our clients maximize their equipment availability and inspection and maintenance programs. Our clients are top tier oil and gas processing companies, including some of the largest refining and production companies in the world.
We are currently looking for engineers that have working knowledge of process equipment. Experience in a process facility (refinery, petrochemical, production, gas processing, etc.) is preferred, but not required. Willingness to work in the field and interact with clients, together with a strong positive attitude and sharp aptitude for mechanical systems will be key components to individuals who will be the future of our company.
As an Asset Integrity (AI) Consultant, you will engage our clients on key implementation projects such as Asset Optimization studies, Risk Based Inspection (RBI), mechanical integrity program implementation, inspection program development, and facility or equipment condition assessment. Although not a software company, we do engage multiple software tools to maximize the effectiveness of our services (training will be provided).
Skills & Requirements
Candidates for this position must have: • A university degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering • At least one year of experience in the oil, gas, refining, and petrochemical industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and temporarily relocate • Strong aptitude for learning new processes and techniques
The following are not required but would be beneficial: • Experience within a facility inspection department • Risk-based inspection (RBI) experience • Working knowledge of corrosion/degradation mechanisms • Experience with inspection software systems such as PCMS®, UltraPIPE®, or Meridium® • Experience with industry codes and standards such as API, NBIC, ASME, and NACE.
