There's no mystery to posting jobs on developerFusion, and it's entirely risk free as you don't pay a penny until you successfully place a candidate.

• No listing fee - you only pay for a successful placement
• Complete control of costs - you set the % fee you’re willing to pay for a successful placement

We use a large portion of the placement fee you agree to as an incentive to our members.

The higher the % fee you choose, the higher the incentive we offer to our members, and the more it gets promoted across the site. Don't forget though, that you still don't pay anything unless the role gets filled
