Episode synopsis

When developing your services, you have the option of working with the ASP.NET development server and then deploying to Windows Server AppFabric or, if you prefer, you can develop your service with IIS and AppFabric directly from Visual Studio 2010.  In this episode, I’ll show you what you need to do to create a simple web service that runs in AppFabric directly from Visual Studio 2010 and some key things you need to know about working with the AppFabric persistence and monitoring stores in a development environment.
