Microsoft MSDN Videos: Latest developments in SharePoint 2010

In the keynote speech for Microsoft UK's Architect Insight Conference, James Burns (CTO, Financial Services, Microsoft Ltd) outlines some the latest developments in Sharepoint 2010, and how you can use it to develop great business solutions.

SharePoint 2010 brings a raft of improvements to the table, with full browser compatibility for the first time across IE, FireFox, Safari and Chrome. Out-of-the-box support for Silverlight, REST and other web 2.0 essentials is included, plus a much improved search service. The designer also has an entirely revamped UI, making tasks of creating objects like Workflows and External Lists very simple indeed.
