NetAdvantage for JSF uses Ajax

This article was originally published in VSJ, which is now part of Developer Fusion.
As a result of purchasing an Ajax-based JavaServer Faces (JSF) user interface component suite from Otrix, Infragistics has launched NetAdvantage for JSF – a set of Ajax components for building responsive web applications. It enables consistent application styling with its professionally designed visual templates, and as an Ajax-enabled framework it eliminates the need for page refresh and minimizes network traffic. With built-in data binding and smart paging it can efficiently handle large data sets, and delivers enhanced response rates in web-based environments.

The first release of NetAdvantage for JSF includes a grid, toolbar, navigation, menu, tree, tab, calendar, paging and editors. Future releases, with new products and features, will be delivered twice annually through a subscription model.
