The latest version of Altova UModel 2006 provides support for the latest UML 2.1 and XMI 2.1 specifications.

Perhaps the most important new feature is that it now provides code generation, reverse engineering, and round-trip engineering capabilities for C# as well as Java. Reverse engineering includes support for Visual Studio .NET and Borland C# Builder projects.

A new diagram type – the Sequence Diagram Support – shows the interactions between objects in an application, and it also has XML Metadata Interchange (XMI) 2.1 Interoperability, in that it imports and exports UML models according to the OMG XMI 2.1 specification.
