I am trying to capture and re-assign keys from a multimedia remote to fit my application. I have created a multimedia application and want the media remote Volume & Mute keys to change the volume in the application not the system volume level as well as perform a secondary function. Is there a way I can block these keys from performing their default action and reassign them

Never mind I found this great forum and copied the code. A few modifications and it worked
