  Hi,

  I need some help for starting sms/mms project. It should be able to send and receive sms/mms by a HUAWEI modem.

  Please help me start the project. Thanks in advance

  Your requirement is not clear. Are you trying to set up a SMSC (Short Message Service Center) in a local machine using the modem? If yes, you will have to configure a virtual SMSC software like SMSLib and configure the ports and other configurations accordingly.
