  Hi All,

  I want to know the measures that I should ask a sub–contractor to supply to me if they were undertaking part of a product development which needed to be co-ordinated with my other development activities and also the definition of those measures?

  For each measure I propose, why do I want that measures and how I would use them?. Please help me. I also want to know how to estimate and check the validity of these measures?.
