Capabilities of HTML5

  Hi, I'm currently working on a project for my client and wanting more information on HTML5 and its capabilities.

  For my project, I would like to accomplish the following: * login page that connects to a SQLite database * create drop down lists that allows for the filtration of data * create a histogram * be able to save the data on the UI (that is to be created with HTML5) into an external Excel file

  Can anyone confirm if all the features above can be accomplished with HTML5?
