VB Close when open a form , Please help

Error , 0xc0000005 , component error United States

    Dear Sir

    I have problem about VB6 that when I opened existing project then click to open form windows, it closed. When I saw technical detail in error dialog , it showed code 0xc0000005.

    Also when I create new project or new form that add some general component such as Textbox , combo box , it has same problem. But it does not occur with emtry form or with form with frame , comand button.

    Please advise to solve problem
