  Hi, I am developing an IM application.  And I want to use the rich text box control but I will need a way to access it's scroll bars properties (such as max and value)  I want  my app to scroll to the bottom of the richtextbox only when the scroll bar's value is at its max position (so if the user scrolls up to read something it wont jump down when they recieve a new IM).  If I can't do this with the richtextbox's scroll bar, then how can i add an independednt scroll bar that can control how the text is displayed in the richtextbox?
