    Are there any free delphi IDE's available? Or perhaps a visual studio plug in? Please redirect me

    well considering the underlying language is pascal you will find that there are free pascal compilers some mentioned here, there are free versions of Delphi called "Personal Editions" from borland noted here... this is for Delphi 2005(.NET & Win32), v8.0(.NET) and v7.0 (win32)... where you download the personal editions I'm not too sure so you may need to look around. but to get a personal key just register yourself there
