regarding error in running an application in apach

    i am using CGI perl in apache server .please help me regarding the problem i have encountered with the apache server
    when i open the application in the internet then i am getting the following error.so guide me regarding this .


    Forbidden
    You don't have permission to access / on this server.





    Apache/2.0.47 (Win32) Server at 196.1.109.54 Port 8080

    i havent played with Perl in yonks but heres a guide that will get you started in setting up Perl on Apache in Windows... otherwise if you want simplicity download an allinone package for Apache (see site above)...

    but i am unable to trace where i have gone wrong .so tell me where will error in the httpd.conf file
