Ambiguous Namespace Error in Vb.net

  Hi evryone,
  

  
  I'm in a sticky situation and was wondering if anyone would have a clue :
  

  
  I have a certain project which makes reference to another in my program. Each project opens an Excel Application. When i compile each project seperately, i get no errors. But when i make a reference from one project to the other, the following compilation error comes up :
  

  
  Application is ambiguous in namespace "Excel"
  

  
  Would you have any solutions? Thanx !
