How to draw an Excel Chart on pictureBox in VB.NET

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am trying to create a project in VB.NET where on my Form I have a pictureBox and on that pictureBox I need to draw a Excel Chart that was created earlier or to draw the excel chart anywhere in a Form (as long as I can display the Excel chart ) Please help.
Any suggestions or ideas or sample code is greately appreciated.Sincerely,
