Microsoft Office Communicator 2005 client in VB

I am looking for an example of a MS Office Communicator 2005 client, written in VB. From another pgm I want to use Office Communicator to inform third parties in the same network. Does anyone have an example or know where to find one? Actually initiating the session is no problem, but sending the text is.
