    hey guys,

     i have a problem w/ perl, i want to create a program where in it copies some data from a file and then saves it to new file where in in every 2 hrs it does the same process........... then i want to display all the files that i collect from those file and display in html format......thanks...

     FILES---------->COPY&SAVE to NEWFILE----------->DISPLAY IN HTML...

     by the way my OS is unix.......
