failed to install 10g!

    I've got my Oracle 10g I intalled it properly but cannot open it any Idea is there a way I would have installed it badly or some thing I'm missing. Could some one know what I could do. I'm actually using Username: scott

    password:tiger

    hotspring:My PC name.
