USB LISTENER LINUX

I'm developing a C++ with Linux software and I would like to implement a USB Listener, who reacts to a connection of a USB Drive in every moment. I mean, I want to catch the event of a USB connection to the PC, it's something like automount event.
Can you tell me any way or example to develope it?

Thanks for all and sorry about my english.
