  I 've a graduation project and i'm trying to convert some audio files from wav extension to mp3 but there is a prbolem in the conversion process the files seem to be encoded. I tried a lot of conversion softwares but all didn't work with these file. could any help me plz in solving this problem, i've uploaded one of the file to the followig link, if some could download and work on it and tell me if he solves the problem.

  Hi,

  The only convertor that worked for the file was "ImTOO 3GP Video Converter", check it I think it is available on web.
