  i have bought bulletproof ftp server, thinking that i bought a package
  with a user interface, with payment module for pay per megabyte/gigabyte eg paypal credit card/users can top up credits
  
  i have found a simple otr server and i would like a script which does the same.
  it is for a non-profit site - childrens foundation to offer educational audio mp3s
  
  does anyone know of an open source free script like the following?
