How to do live vedio streaming in my web page?

    I've web camera(Logitech) installed in my machine. Now i want to capture the vedio from webcam and want it to display(live) in a aspx page.

    I know it is possible using silverlight. But i don't know how to do this?

    If anyone have code or answer kindly give me a solution.
