Asp .net with n-tiers

    Hello,

I am working for my company in a new HRM Project, the project is a web application and is for managing human resources and payrolls, it has over than 100 database tables.

Can anyone suggest me th best performance and time-saving design model that i may use to reduce time and increase performace as possible.

3-tier models are good and very suitable for maintainance.

    Looking at those articles:
    http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/ModelViewPresenter.asp
    http://www.codeproject.com/cs/design/WebFormsASPdotNET.asp

I think those are well designed but, it increases the complexity and i do not think it increases the performance.

    Looking at the following :
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/webclientfactory

Using typed datasets as data-access layer reduces a lot of time, and i think this concept is pretty organised.

-Comparing the preceding concepts: Typed datasets are easy to use but not suitable with big projects for its performace leak.
-Big complexity does nothing for performance.
-NHibernate consumes a lot of server memory used for the session.

The previous notes-what i think about (Maybe i am wrong)- makes me confused to choose the best way to use, i really want to organise my work and makes it ideal and standard.

So please, any one suggest me what the best should i do for a big web application that will be hosted on a shared hosting.

    Thanks in advance
