VB COM DLL installing with refernce to COMDLG32.OCX

  I'm attampting to install and register a com DLL that's writen in classic VB. that needs to refernce COMDLG32.OCX in other to work. It has no COM hooks. I'm unable to use regsvr to make it work. I do have this object reged and working on another pc. I haven't found any information on this else where.
