Problems with Custom Ribbons in Excel 2007

  Hi all

   My problem is that I have code to save a file under a different name.  Now when the code to do the "Save As" is run my custom tabs just stop working.  If I then close the file and open it up again they start working.  It is literally only when i use the save as function that this happens, even if I do a file>Save as it does the same.  Saving just using the save command works fine.

   Has anyone else come up against this problem, or found a solution.
