[SAMPLE] eml file parsing, timezone conversion, q-p decoding

Here is source code of "ende". It can extract date, recipient and subject (all in correct encoding, redated to users timezone), and use it for file.DateModified and file.Name. It also can move files to folders by recipients, but that shows nothing. Application is console-type, and shows also interessting style of interaction to user. I like console because it gives you sometimes much more options to behave more complex, than gui can. Anyway it is bit more intelligent than outlook: when setting filename = msg.subject, and subject.contains(invalidchars), it prints these chars in %HH format, which can be "decoded" on any machine with browser. Outlook gives _ instead. God knows.Smiley Face
