pageset.printercontrol error 9 "Subscript out of range"

Hi, I am trying to print a report in landscape for which I am using the pageset.printer control to change the printer page orientation. The printer I am trying to print to is a network printer. When the code hits the obj.ChngOrientationLandscape the error occurs. If I change the printer preferences to landscape manually then I do not have an issue, can any one help !! code is: Dim obj As pageset.PrinterControl Set obj = New PrinterControl obj.ChngOrientationLandscape rptvMyReport.Refresh
