ASP.NET 2.0 GridView

  I am wroking on a WebSite(Inventory) ASP.NET 2.0 with SQL Server 2000 & VB.NET. In SaleInvoice i want that user input data in textboxes insert into gridview when user click on add button. After user fineish all his inputs and recheck data from GridView and want any change or delte can do. When finish click on save button all data of grid plus max sale invoice no, current data + client code insert into database tables. Someone help me to accomplish it. Is any other way to do this. If anybody know then share with me.
