    It's difficult to say, if you find an expert, maybe just one person, but the budget and copyright I have no idea...

    A suggestion is to make a better graphic, cause an user chooses your site for this reason too... You could visit a CSS Gallery and find an inspiration. There are a lot of these showcases like CSS Mania or CSS Vault, if u want you find a list at meeCSS.com
