check the level of phone battery + J2ME

    m leaving in a developpin country , i need to develop a midlet that will send an sms to somebody when the courant goes off , the midlet will be installed on a phone that will be permanently connected to a power outlet

    My question is is it possible in J2ME to do such a thing( detect that the battery is not charging meaning that the courant went off and of course detect the contrary)
