How to set paper size in Page Setup

    I frequently have to move Excel workbooks from a Macintosh to a PC. Paper size on the Mac is A4 but it always comes out as "16K 184x260mm" on the PC. If I record a macro of changing page setup details, the paper size setting doesn't record - how do I do it?
