Could Anyone Give php Form Help

  Can anyone help, are there any website experts out there?

  I'm having trouble with a 'Form' that uses a 'php' file to email an alert back to the home email then link to a Thanks URL.

  If anyone can give me some advice, or knows a website builder that could help, I would be so grateful.
