Sheduling and sending mails asp.net

  Hi All, I have to shedule and send mails to users from the asp.net application. How do this. I have hosted the website in GODADDY Server.

  Can I create create SQL Job Agent in GODADDY SQL database. I dont have admin sa account to start the job agent. So how could I create Sql Job Agent in the remote Server.

  I found in many forums that using Windows service this could achived. How to install and the Window Service in Remote Godaddy Server.
