With the advent of Platform as a Service (PaaS) such as Heroku, AppHarbor, and Windows Azure, deployment now can be as simple as pushing code to a remote git repo. In the first half of this talk, Alex Hung will show the basic steps in setting up a new node.js application and deploys it to the internet using Heroku.
