In 1967, they moved it to the Ridgewood Shopping Center (where Catherine has celebrated many birthdays), and remained there until 1984, when their daughter, Maria (who Catherine met at a Psychology Conference when they were both attending two different colleges in Raleigh), and her husband, Michael House, partnered with Maria's parents to create Casa Carbone, on Glenwood Avenue.
