  I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Titanium Mobile as well as try to answer questions you might have. • Adding maps to webapps using OpenLayers

  Openlayers is a good free alternative to google maps. When you combine openlayers with free background maps and geocoding services, then you can have intranet applications running with little or no licensing costs.Jacob will introduce openlayers and briefly cover coordinate systems, layers and show examples using OGC services like wfs and wms. He will also show how to perform geocoding with nomanitim using openstreetmap data and compare this to using google geocoding.

• Workshop: Prettify your most-used Web Tools

  By using our Web skills, we could make the tools we use all day prettier. There are many tools and ways: application theming, bookmarklets, user scripting (Greasemonkey et al).An example: Me and my friends use Trac a lot. All day we look at its quite ugly CSS. Why do we put up with it? You can see the less-than-beautiful looks at Open Source, styled with CSS, and scripted with jQuery. We should make a clean, good-looking Theme for it.Which all-day apps are eye-sores for you?
